Emergency Brake Cable snapped, parts diagrams and pictures online don't seem to match my bracket. I'm very confused.

I'm new to owning a Ford and new to the Bronco as well, so sorry in advance for my naivety. I believe my emergency brake cable is snapped, but I can't figure out how the cable that comes from the pedal would pull on the cables that go to the brakes. I looked online, but parts diagrams and pictures all had different brackets and designs from what I see here. Am I missing a bracket? How do these things connect?
Thanks for any help!
