Hello everyone.
Im building a V8 powered ranger and want to upgrade the brakes on my truck. I have already upgraded the master cylinder and brake booster from a mustang. Im using the hydroboost system that they used in the later 90s and early 2000s. Had this idea of using the front and rear brakes from a F150. I understand the bolt patterns are different. Im just wondering is anyone has done this swap or is there a better idea. My other reasoning is that I want to run 17 inch steel wheels on the truck. I have not been able to find steel wheels for the rangers bolt pattern and say a 17x9 size. I really dont want to run adapters. Trying to give it a race truck look and the larger brakes would be a bonus.
