Like the title says. I think it is running lean, from the plugs I have pulled. I have checked the main jets and power valve in the carb and they are fine. The cap and rotor are alson new. The secondaries are opening but it still runs lean are 3000 rpm. The ignition is advancing and there seems to be no vaccum leaks. Any suggestions??

my 2.8 did that once and it was the egr sensor on top of the valve.

My 2.8l engine has no egr and has the offenhauser duel plane intake with a holley 390 cfm 4 barrel carb.
