If this is stupid tell me...

But when i pulled my (new) fpr off to do the injectors the oring was screwed.

Went to hardware store and couldnt find an exact fit, so i used one big one and one skinny one.

Now rusty 2.0 is timed and (basically) ready to rock and i got fuel streaming from my FPR.

Question is....is that o ring special? Or is it available somewhere?

It is special, but you should be able to find one somewhere. Try a parts store like Napa, not the hardware store.

It does need to be a fuel resistant rubber, or it will fail quickly.

Rusty,
I've used injector o-rings, though if I recall correctly, the FelPro O-rings in a pack of 4 were slightly small. The O-rings I got in an injector rebuild kit on eBay were slightly larger than the FelPro's, and they measured the same as the 7.52mm x 3.53mm Viton O-rings I bought here. I just tried the last two mentioned O-rings (not FelPro) on a spare fuel rail/FPR and they fit good. Get Viton O-rings if possible (it's what Ford appears to use for gasoline lines, etc - usually brown in color). oringsandmore's website says that the standard Buna-N Nitrile O-rings are not compatible with gasoline (other sites differ), so I'd go with Viton just to be safe.
