is it possible to bolt a 4.0 sohc header on a 90-94 4.0? gaskets look really close, was wondering if anyone has got this to work

I would definitely line up the gaskets to make sure all holes are 90% close if not you might have to mod headers

No. They are not close. The bolts are in very different spots and the ports are not the same shape. One is round, the other is D shaped.

FYI, 4.0 SOHC headers are hella expensive and don't add much power since the OE manifolds are already pretty good. The owner of the MySportTrac.com website scored a deal on a pair on eBay that were never used. He dyno'd his truck before and after and the headers picked up exactly 1 horsepower.
