Hello everyone! It's about damn time I joined this place!
Some of you might know of my truck from instagram, Ford Ranger Nation on FB, or Ford-Rangers.com
I figured I may as well join in on this one!
For those of you whom don't know me.
My name is Kaylee. I am 18. I own a silver 2005 Ford Ranger XLT SCSB with the 2.3L 5-Speed Manual. 2wd.
It is lifted 7". With a 4" suspension and a 3" body. It beholds 15x12 Blackrock 997 Wheels, wrapped in BF Goodrich KM3, 35x12.50r15 tires. Pushed out with some fancy 2" spacers. It has a set of Spyder tail lights, ugly ass black housing front LED headlights(I smashed my Spyder Headlights), a 50" curved light bar, 2 2" back up pods, full RGB LED Rock lights, Coaler train horns, and adorns a set of huge bat-wing looking black fiberglass trophy truck style fenders!
Interior is pretty bland. A basic bluetooth single-din radio conversion. Skar Audio door speakers, a Rockville 12" Slim all-in-one 600watt Sub & Amp. Pink seat covers and wheel covers. Black carpeting, and some free Mossy Oak floor mats.
Suspension features Maxtrac Spindles 4" Lift. Stock shocks and coils. Rear 1993 F250 shocks, a base open diff 7.5" rear with 4.10 ratio, with Hardened Yukon Gear & Axle, axle shafts(I bent the OEM pair doing donuts).
Yeah. It has only begun on my build.
Plans:
Camburg 5.5 MidTravel Kit
5.0 Swap from the 2000 Ford Explorer I own
8.8 Disc Brake Explorer Rear w/ flip kit
New Headlights
New Third Brake Light
Build my own tube bumper and skid plate
Fox or King Shocks(Have not decided)
4.56 or 4.88 gearing
Locker/LSD
Possible 37s
Slotted and drilled rotors/ceramic pads
The list goes on. This was my first truck. My dad lifted it and had 33s on it when I bought it. It is my pride & joy. My daily. It is honestly my baby.
I am pleased to meet all of you. I apologize for the long introduction!!
