I'm also currently drilling some holes in the air tank to weld some more Ports in. I'm gonna put in 3 more 1/2 inch ports, and a 3/8 port on each end.It is just an old portable air tank I had lying around.

There were a bunch of holes drilled on top of the bed rail. I went through and welded them all up. Also grinded down the stake pockets holes to weld fillers in.

Since I put the fuel cell in, there is no need for the old gas door. My filler was for a ranger so it had to be modified slightly. Have it almost fully welded . Then I will grind it smooth and start the body work on that.

Trying to get A visual of how the wood will look in the bed. I burned a few with the torch, and put a few plain ones on. I think I'm gonna burn all of them. Drill all the holes then give them a few coats of water sealer. Lock them down with carriage bolts.

I needed some wheel tubs in the bed. Not wanting to spend money on trailer fenders I decided to cut up a 55 gallon drum I had. Got them welded in.

I installed the handle relocater inside the tailgate I will post pics of that when I can. The bed turned out good but it was a lot of work. I have about 80 hours in the bed floor alone. About 200 carriage bolts, nuts and washers. About 60 dollars in supplies and a lot of labor.

Yeah, its surprising how quick labor can add up. Nice job so far.
