I've got an 2004 Ford Ranger can I swap a bumper and valance from a 2002 Ford Ranger

Looking to swap my 2004 Ford ranger bumper and valance with a 2002 is this possible with minimum problems and are quarter panel interchangeable also

I'm not totally sure... there was a face lift done at some point between those years. My gut says no unless you are willing to do some modifications. I don't think it will be bolt on.

I've never tried... so like i said previously... I just don't know.

I did look at the Affordable Offroad website and their bumper fits 1998-2011... so maybe the mounting points are the same.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
I was thinking mounting points should be fine. There could be slight differences in how it curves across the front or blends with body lines. Wouldn't be a problem in my book.

The front quarters are interchangeable. The bumpers and valance are different. I believe you can make them fit, but it may take some work if you have fog lights, etc. The grill and grill support parts are different and if you want to swap those you need to swap the hood also. fyi, the front end was 01-03, and then 04-11 of the same design.
