List of B2 Options that never made it to production and some that did.

I have a 1990 4.0 Ranger and two '90 BII's....I had a thread earlier trying to decide what to do with them....

You could give me one :icon_twisted:

I have also seen one with no windows...It may have been custom, but it looked so clean and well done I thought it was factory. I dont know who would do all that work, I mean, the body work was incredible.

Anyone have any pics of one of these i would love to see it cause thats kinda what i want to do with mine

this bronco has a factory 8.8 but has had the 4.0 swaped in it

i looked @ it my self and the build date for the axle is in late 1989

I don't buy that it's got a factory 8.8. If the guy can swap a 4.0L into it than an 8.8 swap is a walk in the park. Show me a factory B2 that has 3.55 gears and I may be convinced.

i looked @ it when the previos owner had it and talked to him and he SAID(dont know if its true or not) is that the 8.8 was already in it and all he did was swap the 4.0 but idk for sure if its true

just thought this would be a good thread to post these pics of the '87 Bronco from Ford... since "classy" women always drive B2s!

Somehow, I don't think that the "classy women" were an option, at least from the factory/dealership, anyway. I def. would have optioned one, though.

what about a factory tach?
also my back seats split and fold down in my '88 bll

I think we found a 90 B2 out in Kentucky that has a factory 4.0. Emissions sticker matches and everything.

Tach was an option 50/50. Fold down back seats was standard. All but the highback's got them.

Easly duplicated with a ranger core support. Vin number may tell more of the story.

I can't remember who posted the find, but he claimed that the VIN matched up too. Thing is somewhere in the back woods of Kentucky. Reportedly in good shape too.

Kopykat. I think that the 4.0 BII being dicussed is the one that I found over by Morehead/Grayson. It was driven in, supposedly, becuase the old man that owned had died, and the family didn't want it,so they junked it. That is what I was told at the counter, anyways. I need to get back over there, and see if I can get some pictures of it.

hey if the factory was planning for the pop out windows in the b2 i wonder how hard it would be to fab them up?

I saw a b2 at the junk yard that had zipper pockets on the back of the front seats. I have only see it oncce. Don't know if it is rare.

might be aftermarket.
