Hi guys - I have a 2003 Ranger with the original head unit and speakers. It works fine and I actually have no need to change it, but I'm curious if there is a way to add a navigation head unit to this dashboard without making modifications?

I was looking on Crutchfield and it looks like the double din units all will not fit without modifying the dash, which I don't want to do. If it's too much of a hassle I might just figure out a way to add bluetooth to my current head unit. Also this is my first post here, so, hello fellow Ranger fans.

My credo
I poop in the furnace.
Every double din unit I've seen requires trimming the lip on the bezel. It's not a major modification at all and only takes a couple minutes with a file. But sadly no I've never seen one that will just fit in.
