Right blinker stays on

My son has a 99 ranger prerunner with the headlights off the turn signals work perfect as soon as you turn the headlights on the right turn signal stays on solid I'm no electrical guy what the hell is going on haha

Sounds like your blinker fluid is low... ?

Check your bulbs you might find one that is burnt out

That problem is interesting. I looked at some wiring diagrams briefly and haven't figured it out yet. It sounds like someone got some wires mixed up somewhere. Pull the fuse for the headlights and see if it still acts that way.

Bad ground.

I second the ground... something is finding it's way to ground through the bulb.

Pull that bulb and see what stops working.
