Currently underway installing my HP FW D44 & 9" w 4.88s. I do need to figure out what to do about the ABS tho. Any ideas?

no clue buddy. I just run without the ABS, but i know the newer trucks have to use it correct? Talk to Bobby Walker or Whalstrom1. They should be able to help

I bypassed the ABS module deal and removed it. My brake lines come from my master and run to my calipers.

you could potentially modify the current knuckles/spindles to use the ttb abs stuff from a 96.

I bypassed the ABS module deal and removed it. My brake lines come from my master and run to my calipers.
I did the same thing. Removed module, pump, and all ABS related wiring. Ran one line straight from Master to driver font wheel and split it off there to run to the pass side front just like the the older RABS trucks.

44/60 -- waggy width in front, J-20 in the rear. 5:13 gears, ARB front, lincoln-locked rear.



Front axle is located about 8" forward in the frame w/relocated steering box and 1.5" .250 wall DOM drag link, crossover, and track bar w/1 ton TRE.



I'll get the latest round of pics uploaded. Quite a bit of progress since I snapped these. Truck is just about ready to roll. :icon_bounceblue:

Here is my SAS trussed HPdana 30 with 4.88 gears... Open diff for now but soon to have an eaton elocker to match the rear and a hydro assit.

87 Ranger Scab. Shortened frame and w/b to 114". Full width D44/9" from a 77 F150. 5.13 gears with a full spool rear and spartan front. 38.5" Boggers. Still have a little work left to do.

EB d44 is about 2 inches . wen u center it under the truck il be 1 inch and not noticable as long as you swap upper buckets.
