Hello I am Jacob I am a new member to this or any other forum. I've been a ford guy all my life and I've owned a few rangers in the past. I bought this 85 ranger explorer 4x4 beginning of the year and I've slowly been working on it here and there. I've run into a problem of getting enough clearance on the front end with the new 15x10 Bart off-road wheels I traded some labor for. They only have 235/75r15's on em now and I scrub pretty bad. I need to know how to lift this scissoring front end without making the wheels bow in. I need it to b a fairly cheap fix. If possible any input will b greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Are they rubbing the radius arms? If so, the offset/backspacing is wrong. You might be better off trading those wheels for some with the right backspacing. Wheel spacers would also fix that. But I don't like the idea of wheel spacers. That's just a personal thing. That tire size isn't very big except that the wheels are stretching them out pretty wide. There are tire fitment articles in the tech articles that alwaysFlOoReD mentioned.
