Trying to find the right wheel offset to fit 35's

I have a 1991 ranger 4.0 with manual transmission i installed a 4" suspension lift and a 3" body lift i have 35" goodyear MTR's i was trying to use the rims i had they have the larger ford 5x5.5 pattern so i got some 1.25 wheel adapters i am having some outer fender rub im sure could be corrected withe the right wheel offset looking for someone who has done a similar build
