Washer fluid sprays after wipers wipe.

I have a 2001 Ranger 2.5l manual. When I push windshield wiper fluid button the wipers wipe the windshield once then the fluid sprays and has since day one 2001. Do you guys know the parts # of a different wiper/fluid motor that will spray washer fluid first? Next my signal lever never has stayed clicked in place so I have to hold down or up till the turn is complete. Do you know parts # for blinker arm/switch that stays engaged? Thank you for your help.
