I'm looking at getting a new set of wheels and tires. The wheels (Toxic offroad infection) I'm looking at are 15"x7.5" and the tires I'm looking at getting are 235/75r15 (General Grabber ATX). General states on the website that the approved rim width is between 6 and 7 inches, would a half-inch of stretch on the sidewalls have adverse effects on drivability and handling? I don't want to be going down the road and have issues.

You'll be fine. I have 235s on 8" rims and they fit perfectly fine.

If it ain't broke, break it.
General's website is incorrect. 7 1/2" is definitely not too wide for a 235 tire.

Well technically they are saying the tire isn't wide enough, but in either case they are very wrong. :icon_rofl:
