I would like some opinions on where to put my XM roady 2...(up my ass isn't an option, btw):no2: For the past year I have had it mounted on the vent with the supplied mount clip. But with the temps close or over 100 each day I am really missing that extra vent...I also don't like the wires every where. That being sadi, I can fashion a bracket pretty easily...I am just having a hard time figuring out a place to mount it.:buttkick:

Well what year is it and is it a 5spd? I ask this cause I have an 04 5spd and it's got the cupholders around the shifter and when I get Serius I plan on putting it somewhere in the area of the shifter bezzel.

By the way, nice to meet someone from columbus ms, I use to live there for 3 years and was back visiting this summer... some things never change :lame:. Anyway, hope what I mentioned about the shifter bezzel works for you.

I also have an 04 5-speed. I get what your saying about Columbus but I have lived in cities like Tampa and Canton and you can have em!

The shifter area would be a good area that I had not thought about...I have short arms so I would need a bracket that came up a bit but that would work. Thanks-if your back in Columbus, let me know if you want to hit a trail or two.

I'm pretty sure you could pick up a bracket for cheep or even fab one up yourself. I know that the local high school has a body shop and they could possibly weld a custom bracket/holder for you. Good luck on finding a good location.

I might be back in that area in the new year (starkville actually). I don't remember any actual trails there aside from the area by Bell South on Bluecutt. I rode there in a Jeep a coulpe of times while I was a dumb highschool kid. So now that I think of it that place is probably off limits.

I've had my sirius suction-cup mounted above the mirror since i've got the truck up untill yesterday when it swung down and almost hit me. Now ive reloacted it to the cubbyhole next to the airbag switch, with a custom made bracket.

I have all my cars and my parents cars with them

http://www.pro-fit-intl.com

They are simple to install and when you find the model number you need you can usually find them on E-bay for much less than the $30-40 price they want.

I try to send you a pic of my setup.
