Hello I have a 1995 and the egr was removed. But it has two things that are left that I'm wondering if I can remove the because I think they go with the egr. One is a rectangle box under the IAC and the other is next to that box it has a round top I tried to upload pictures but couldn't get the it to work

If the check engine light is not on all the time, you need to leave them there and untouched. It sounds like they are the DPFE and vacuum control solenoid for the EGR system, but it is possible to hook them up in a way that the computer still thinks the system is there and working.
