Mine developed a hum at 45 MPH but after making certain my drive shaft was phased and aligned correctly I have come to the conclusion that my carrier bearing in the 2 piece drive shaft has an issue. No one here in Panama had any and I didn't feel like paying $30 to ship a $20 part so I had the rubber part revulcanized. I think that was a waste of $5.

If yo have the 2 piece drive shaft your carrier could be throwing the vibration. When you switched to discs did you change the axle or just the brake components?

Just the brake components. They are from a mustang. Did some research on it before I starter. I blew a wheel cylinder & hate drums so thought it was a good idea to just switch to discs then.

Is it true that when you convert to rear disc brakes....you have to change the proportioning valve to match the disc swap?

You just had to go and get me thinking of something else to do to it now didn't ya?... LOL
Haha. My bad. I personally hate drum brakes. They ride smooth took them out of a 96 mustang gt. I want the vented routers from the cobra. but my rims won't fit with them. Its fairly easy. Ill post a pic in a few of the finished product.
