Is it a basic front end alignment at a shop for a 2001 Ford Ranger Xlt 4x2? Adjust Toe, Caster/Camber?

Just toe and camber. Caster is not adjustable on stock suspension.

If it has the two piece driver's side upper arm a limited amount of caster adjustment is available.

if it has the cam adjusting bolts caster is adjustable on both sides.
turning the cams opposite ways does the caster.

True, but the factory bolts didn't have those, so technically not stock.

Well the dang Brits drive on the wrong side of the road, so they have the driver on the wrong side too.
