i have come to find that head has some issues. first the cam lobes were worn once i removed the cam and rockers i found one of my valves to be ground down almost a 1/4 inch.. and another starting to shop wear. at this point i removed my head.. and took out the valves. the seats look great. my question is i am having problems finding the correct valves and seals. i have the cam and cam followers already i also need new lifter can anyone give me a link to the correct valves... the head has the O shaped intake ports not the D shaped ones incase that helps

At the top of where you posted is the 'sticky' about the Lima family:

Search for the word 'valve' and you'll get information that might set you on the right path.

Part numbers for Sealed Power or Federal Mogul or Fel-Pro are given.

What more could you ask??

Hopefully you got a roller cam and followers from a junk yard instead of a new flat tappet cam and followers... the roller parts will free up a little power and last forever...
