93 3.0 needs oil level sensor or your check oil light will stay on.

my '93 has the sensor on the side of the pan and my '97 doesent

crawl under the trk like your going to change the oil, on the lower left or right side youll see a sensor w/ a wire coming off of it if it has one. if there isnt anything on the oil pan then you dont need the one w/ the sensor. my trk has the sensor, it indicates when the trk is exactly a quart low. this happened every time the trk was put in 4wd or after 1k miles later in its life. dont know why it used a qt every time it went in 4wd, just did, and never really used the 4wd that much to worry about it.

the oil level sensor is on the passanger side. its easy enough to see from above, even easier to see from below. you should have one. ive never seen an early generation 3.0 without it.
