I recently recieved this muffler for my bday, and I installed it on my 97 2.3L, and compared to the fart can that was on it, it sounds alot better. Low rumble at idle, and a very loud roar at WOT, I would recommend it to anyone who likes their exhaust LOUD, (would'nt recommend for city use though)

Some specs are:
-Single Chambered
-Inlet 2-1/2
-Outlet 2-1/4 Duals
-Roughly $50-60 depending on where you buy it
-Available in either Silver finish or "Classic Cherry Bomb Red"
-Available in Either Single in/Dual out OR Single In/Single Out

Here's Mine when I got it

I put Cherry bombs on everything I own. I have their glasspack on my firebird and a Turbo on my Bronco II. They were both like $20 and sound great. The Turbo makes the bronco quieter than the glasspack I had before. I was yelling if I wanted to talk to anyone els ein the car...

still convinced that there isn't an exhaust system in the world to make V6 rangers sound good

a quiet system is the best for anything smaller than a v8

Oh its possible for sure. Just wont be the same sound nessisarely as a v8. Also i can see alot of people putting on big pipes that really only v8s should have causing alot of crappy exhausts lol. Depends alot on yours taste and what your willing to spend to find out :p I myself have a glasspack on my truck atm ending under the truck (no tailpipe) and i like the roar. But im looking for something more "clean" lol. This setup was probably the most ghetto thing u could do... you can thank my friend for that...:p

The louder the better! Lol a flowmaster also doesn't sound to bad on them, its a little quitter than a cherry bomb. Also if u get like a 24in cherry bomb it wouldn't be to loud for all y'all with sensitive ears. But honsestly a short cherry(s) sounds the best, with a gutted cat.

we are clearly 2 different people. The rangers with any aftermarket exhausts sounds like garbage.

also, i would never use a glasspack, on anything.
