Ugh this truck is driving me nuts!

Partly my fault says I open up the can of worms so to speak.

So I seafoamed the motor through the throttle body. Now I got too lean bank 2 I believe, had both banks before I clear them, only one came back.

Attaching some Live measurements

Also some related maybe; I thought I might've had an exhaust leak, because motor area sounds like a diesel or Choo Choo train. So I went to muffler shop, he says yes have a leak(I don't see any smoke), he patched it up anyhow. The noise still there, probably got taken, no biggie. Now wondering if this is maybe lifters or something like that? Used Lucas heavy oil last oil change, so that didn't help.

Recently changed plugs & wires within month. Wondering if I should also change coil along with these, it is original?
Getting horrendous gas mileage [emoji35]

Any ideas?

I poop in the furnace.
Plugs, wires, and coils result in misfire codes most of the time. Lean codes are usually MAF, vac leak, injectors, or 02 sensors. Maf sensor and vac leaks would effect both banks, injectors would usually present with a single cylinder misfire.

That leaves your bank 2 (though your data indicates issues with bank 1) o2 sensors. Most likely upstream. A bad enough exhaust leak could definitely throw it off. Or it could just be dead.

Checking upstream sensor would be where I would start.

Thx Dirtman.
Forgot to mention, changed O2 sensor, the one driver side upstream only about a month ago with oem.
My scanner would definitely give me code for O2 or any thing else, just says lean. Maybe one of these things is on its way out, going bad?
Definitely has to do with cleaning with seafoam.

Have you had any luck so far on this? I'd unplug the MAF and start the truck to see what the LTFT's do.

Yup no biggie at all. Cleaned the maf & knock on wood, not an issue since.
