Passenger side wheels/tires stick out more than drivers side?

I noticed this today, the driver side wheels/tires on both the front and back seem to sit in more than on the passenger side???

Anybody else notice this?

It's a 93 ranger, regular cab, 2wd, 2.3, 5 speed...

The truck drives perfectly straight and goes down the interstate at 75 mph just as smooth as can be...

I have only owned the truck a couple of months, but it passed safety inspection at one of the places who love to fail them...

Passenger side, looks normal...

Drivers side, looks sunken in..

I took a piece of string and ran it from the front of the fender to the rear of the fender, I couldnt find my tape measure but the passenger side tire looked about an inch from the string, the driverside looked about 3" from the string...

Both tires are the same size, 195/70/14's I believe...

Could the offset be that much more?

After looking again, the rear tires has about the same offset on either side...

I really hope its the frame bent...

that shouldn't be. either your truck is screwed up or your eyes are.

Does one side have different rims than the other? The only thing that could explain the tires sticking out more on one side is the possibility that the rims on that side have less backspacing than the rims on the other side.

That or your eyes are screwing with you.

All 4 wheels have the same offset.

if you got a bodylift or replace body bushings it is possible for the alignment of the body to be off, or something is majorly bent

So I went out a looked it over real good. Found a few things I'm not thrilled about, but it doesnt look like anything to be overally concerned about..

The core supports mounts were horrible, the core support was bent a little on the drivers side, so really it could use a core support and new mounts... But doesnt look like the frame is damaged at all...

But I'm going to rhino line the bottom, slap some explorer rims and chunky tires on it, explorer 8.8 with limited slip and 3:73's, and replace the mounts and try and slid the front clip over as much as I can, maybe even replace the grill...

It'll be good enough for a daily driver I guess...

my dana 28 was like that but now my dana 35 dosent basically my truck was the same on the front

Basically it's like this...

Theres about 3 inches of room on the passenger side, 1/4-1/2 at most on the drivers side. We'll just got ahead and round that off to say, 3.5 inches total...

3.5 / 2 = 1.75 per side

So it needs to go approx 1.25" over to the left to make the tires even...

So uhm, I dont think it will got that far, but I'm going to piddle with it and see...

I have about 450 into the truck, so I'm not overly concerned about it.

if a 4 wheel alignment check comes up good then loosen up all the cab and bed mounts and slide the cab over until its got even tire spacing.then realign the cab and bed to each other as needed.look down the side and at the cab to bed gap until its there.

I'm just going to align the body panels up and call it good...

It's not eating the tires are doing anything to suggest that the frame is bent, so I'm just going even the gaps and keep on driving it...
