I have a 1993 ranger splash 4.0 4x4 with a superlift 5 1/2" stage two lift kit and superlift steering kit. i have problem that every time i hit the gas hard it fills like the trans is hiting the under body of the truck. i have check the trans mount and even replaced it but did not fix the problem.what it fills like to me is that the axle is shifting a little forward when hard on the gas.truck has stock rear leafs and a add-a-leaf sitting on the stock block and i added a 3 inch block to level truck ride. I have check al bolts and hardware are tight. any help with this would be great. do i have to much drive staft angle. i'm worry that if i wheel to hard that something is going brake and leave me stranded

Is it posible that the slip yoke is frozen or binding on the drive shaft. checked the slip yoke teeth are in good shape and there is grease on the both part of the slid teeth.

from then description of the rear suspension, it sounds like a bad case of axle wrap. Best fix would be whole new leave springs, and a traction bar. if thats a little much a traction bar would help.

Now let me get something clarified about the rear setup.

You have the stock springs with 1 added leaf, on top of the factory block, on top of ANOTHER 3" block, correct?

Oh, shit. I didnt even notice he said that. Yup, that's axle wrap for sure. Get those damn stacked blocks out of there ASAP. It's dangerous and doesnt pass inpsection in most states.
