Was searching around on the 2014-15 Ranger and found this! Yes! A possibility of a 2015 Ford Bronco!!! Come on Diesel!!! Anybody else seen anything else or anything floating around in testing anywhere!!!
This would defiitely win out for me over the new Ranger. Even though I love the 2013 Ranger 3.2l Diesel I rode in in Germany. I'd definitely rather have one of these!!!

I didn't hear about this, but I did hear rumors about a 15 ranger, I'd like to see the bronco concept come to dealers though...

Rode all over Germany in this last summer. 2013 Ranger, 4x4, Turbo Diesel! Nothing like triple digits on the autobahn in a 4wd Ranger. We also went up some knarly castle roads. Granted it needs at least some ATs on it. But, I'd definitely be interested. It'd be great with the 30+ mpg for the highway and running down to the coast and rolling up and down the beach for surf fishing!!! Doubt I'd change anything except the tires.

More like 05. It was announced with the original Tonka F-150.

My credo
I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
I've had that concept Bronco as the background on all my computers since they released the concept. If they build it, I'll buy it.

Jay, the global ranger never ceased production. I was referring to the US ranger. I saw somewhere there was a 15 model ranger coming to the US...

Don’t need a truck that looks like a CrossOver or something that is already out there… BUT that Bronco, if it come to fruition I’m on it like stink on $hit !

My down payment is already out of my pocket; I like that Bronco.

If they build that, and it really starts at $26K, and it really comes with a stick, the Escape is going bye-bye.

Also, I have a serious problem with something in that article.

The CHEVY FJ Cruiser? Pretty sure the FJ is a Toyota.

I saw that too. Makes me think the whole article is BS, and just some idiot internet reporter digging for a story just to make a paycheck.

I didn't see just a stick, I seen triple sticks!!!!
And I have to say I'd own a Cheby FJ before an edge.

I know the Global ranger is still in production, When that pic was taken that truck was roughly 8 months old!!!
I could easily go to Germany, use a local address of several different Brothers and purchase a new global ranger. But then I have to pay to ship it over. And it has to go to Jersey to the only place authorized to convert Euro spec vehicles to substandard U.S. standards!!! Who knows what they would ruin. Euro spec vehicles so far supercede American it's not even funny!! But for some reason the U.S. has this misconception that our standards for vehicles are better. NOT HARDLY!!! I've also spent some time working in German Motorcycle shop, so I have 1st hand knowledge of the differences. If the Germans only built a pickup truck!!!!

They do screw up a lot, but I also heard you can get it into the country without their hands getting on it if its not considered an operational vehicle, say by, pulling the motor and shipping them separately?

You've obviously never tried to ship anything to/from Germany. Good luck with that :icon_idea:
