how many guys on here swapped their dana 35 knuckles with dana 44 knuckles off broncos or f150s. i am planning on doing this in about two weeks and wanted to know complacations everyone ran into and how they liked the set up, basically i want to make sure its not a waste of time compared to a sas.

My credo
it is easier to fix and understand than "her"
myself as well many times.

with varied issues. some beams are tighter at the pinch then others i have found and require different mods, from simple grinding to what todd ran into.

depends an what knuckles/reamer you use and how deep you seat the lower bj

todds write up was great and detailed, it seemed like it can be done in a long day or two. in his thread what did you mean by ream inserts for flipping the steering?

Look at pictures of my truck and you will see what the flipping is all about. I didn't ream my knuckles and run the TRE's the same as they were on the F150, which is under the stear arm. D35's and D28's have the TRE on the top side of the stear arm.
