"How Do I Add" 2" Coil Spacer Under 6" Lift Spring

I have 6" Lift Coils (yeah, right) n a buddy gave me a DayStar
Style Kit with 2 2" Coil Spacers n 2 Shock Stud Extenders...

I am Semi/SomeWhat Mechanically Inclined, I mainly wanna know
how to Get all the Pressure off the Bottom of the Coil without
Killin My Self.. Would unbolting the Sway Bar Link n the Coil
Nut then Jackin it up from the Frame do it???

Yep, you undo the coil spring retaining nut with the weight on the spring and then jack up under the frame so that the suspension droops. This releases the spring tension. Then the top of the springs twist out pretty easily.
