My world is filled with stuff that needs to be fixed
I'm still working my way through various issues on my new-to-me 2004 3.0, including having to change a radiator. After that I had to look at the trans fluid level even though I lost very little, and found it to be overfilled. At this point I've taken out about a quart to get it correct.

Any info on what problems this could have caused? I've no idea how long it was this way as I have not had it long. Would it have reduced my fuel economy?

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem
Most times if it were to cause issues it will push the fluid out of the breather and kinda self level itself. I doubt it would effect fuel economy.

Thanks! I'll just keep an eye on it then.

If it has fluid leaking out of the breather be very careful as fluid being on the exhaust will ignite and cause a fire.
