I am brand new here so I am hoping to get some help. I have a 2005 2.3 4cyl. Ford Ranger 2wd, stndrd. trans. with a/c and power steering. The timing chain cover is removed and the replacement ready to go on. One problem though, I for the life of me cannot remove the clutch pulley. I have a three prong puller on the pulley with a 3/8 bolt threaded into the shaft and is afraid if much more pressure is applied that I will break the puller. It needs to come off so it can be installed on the new cover. I am kinda at a loss. Is there anyone out there that may have an answer?:icon_confused:
