its a 4l v6 std, and as it says, the truck starts fine everytime but it has a low idle at start up, so low it almost dies and if i give it gas it will die but after i warm it up in about 3-5 min it runs perfectly fine and it seems like nothings wrong with it. i have already checked as much shit as i thought it might be idle control/air intake /fuel/spark. its like it dosent have a cold start anymore. any opinions out there?

Is it throwing a code? The temp sensor will cause this problem and sometimes a clogged fuel filter will as well.. Also check the cold start sensor if so equipped. A vacuum leak can do it too...
