Brakes wont build pressure....

I have a 91 Ford Explorer and I put a wagoneer 44 under the front and toyota v6 axle under the back. I went to bleed the brakes and all four wheels bled fine with no air and when its not running it will build pressure after a few pumps but lose it after like 30 seconds. With it running it wont build pressure at all. My RABS light is on all the time now too. I bench bled my master cylinder also. I cant figure out where the air is or why it wont build pressure. Any suggestions?

you have either an external (lines, slave cylinders/calipers) or internal (master cylinder) leak.

So I was reading other threads and would my brakes still work fine if i take that ABS valve out thats under the drivers side door on the frame. Im thinkin with running 39s i wont really need the abs anyway and this brake problem is very frustrating...

if you replace the ABS module with a peice of straight line, your brakes will function as just regular power brakes.

but that module is not your problem.

I would ditch it and take out the bulb on the dash, I doubt your Toyota axle has the provisions for the Ford ABS to work anyway (Ford has an electrical plug on the diff) so there is no point in keeping it in the loop aside from the small amount of time and line needed to replace it.
