97 Ranger 2.3 5 speed about to drive me nuts. Needs some HELP!!

This truck does have a cam sensor on the oil pump or I'm assuming that's what the sensor was

All Rangers 95+ are OBD-II. The cam sensor waa added with the OBD-II upgrade. 93-94 have an auxiliary gear in place of oil pump. This gear does not need to be lined up.
