Hello,
Here is my problem, my a/c waits about 10minutes after I start the engine and turn on the A/C to start blowing cold. When it does kick in, it really cold so I don't think I'm low refrigerant.

Any help? I know absolutely ZERO about troubleshooting AC systems.

It could still be low on refrigerant because it would stay off until the engine heat starts to warm up things up then it will magically come on and start to operate and seem okay,.

Swap the fuel pump and a/c relays and put dielectric grease on the spade connectors could be a poor connection? If the issue remains the same bypass the pressure switch and check for power to the compressor clutch!

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

Dielectric grease is an insulator and could make the connection worse if placed on the spade connectors.

Did you ever get this resolved, my 2003 FX4 is doing the exact same thing.

Aside from checking your connections... I think Denise hit the nail on the head. Engine heat developed after a little run time will heat things up under the hood which will raise the pressure in the A/C system. This just might be enough to raise the A/C pressure above the low pressure cut off switch threshold enough that it allows the system to activate. I would suspect that once it is running the A/C clutch would cycle on and off frequently though.
