What do I use to get the chrome off my grill of my 98 ford ranger. What grit of sand paper or do I need to use a special kind of paint to cover it up.
Thanks for any advice

there is a thread here already i believe. if it is plastic, just buy a can of "adhesion promoter" at the auto store where you buy your paint. it's designed to help rattle can paint stick to plastic. should work over the chrome plating as well.
