Even when I kinda understood it in high school most people that are actually good at speaking it outran my comprehension.
I can do this to myself. I will start a familiar idea in Spanish, speak fast enough that I run out of words before I run out of sentence, and then I start doing this stuttering, one word a minute, also like I am buffering.

Or I just devolve into some sort of gibberishy-Spanglish nonsense.

My credo
who cares !
Press 2 for spanish

That's about as good a translation as any. Computerized translations always come out a bit rough because Spanish uses definite articles in places that English doesn't, but the computer will use every word.

I have also found that I had far more trouble learning to read and write in Spanish than I did learning to speak it. I think it is because their word orders and sentence structures are a little backwards. For example in English I would say "I have a black truck" in Spanish it would be "Yo tengo un camion negro" or "I have a truck black". And then because they have a different verb conjugation for every personal pronoun (I/you/he/they/we) it is grammatically acceptable to leave the pronoun off the sentence, because the verb lets you know who it refers to, so "Tengo un camion negro" is equally correct to

Tengo un negro en el camion :shok:

I can barely understand a word spoken to me in the language, but I have that problem with English too. I attribute it to lack of annunciation.
Just having some bilingual fun :icon_rofl:

Me temo que sigue siendo un niño, tratando de ser un perturbador de mierda.
