Squeezing a few pnoys out of a 4.0l OHV

i just got my first danger and its a 98 4.0 OHV. now i dont wanna make it a powerhjouse or anything like that but i would like do do some simple mods and squeeze a few HP and MPG out of it if possible. its just gonna be a DD/trail truck/Bike Hauler

anything out there worth doing?

cold air intake?
Chip?
Exhaust?
headers?
Cam?
any sensor mods like relocating the intake air temp sensor?

I put a cold air intake on mine and can only hear the difference and see where my mpg went from 14-18 to 15-20
