K. I have a 1990 Ranger supercab XLT 4x4 with the 2.9
I was unlucky and its a early 1990 and came with a D28.
Being such a bad mechanic that I can barely change my oil didnt stop me.
I bought a wrecked 93 exploder to take the D35, 8.8 L/S, leaf springs, steering wheel, gauge cluster, dome light and whatever else.
two smashed fingers later
Now, the clutch pack has one that is worn down, and now the spider gear isnt smooth. If I replace the clutch plate the gear will just mess up the new ones. Thinking about putting something else in the L/S carrier. Just not sure what yet.
