to fix the sag go to the jy and find one that has better leaf springs or order new ones and as for fitting 32s it depends on what model u have cause if im correct the sport has a little more lift cause my buddy was able to fit 32s without lift couldnt turn as sharp but they fit so u could maybe get a 2 inch bl or get a 2 inche lift by using coil spacers and then block it in the rear or get a add aleaf for your spring pack

you have an IFS up front, there's no coils to use a spacer on.

you'd have to crank the t-bars up front and do a shackle or block in the rear. or you could get a 2-3 inch body lift

Total Lift
2" body. 1.5" coil spring spacers/rear block
The easiest way to raise the rear is either to just replace the leaf springs (or have them rearched) and/or add a shackle lift that should add about 1.75" lift in the rear. Either shackle lift or replacing the springs will restore stock height, doing both will yield a couple inches over stock.

Torsion Twist (TT) in the front should gain you 1.5-2", but don't go over 2" since it will give your CV joints in the front axle shafts undesirable angles to deal with.

I have a '99 (different front bumper than your '96 so you may have different experience with needing to trim the bumper) and I TTed it and added a shackle lift (Warrior 153) in the rear (still with saggy springs) and was able to fit 265/75R16s (32") on it by trimming the corner of the front bumper where it would rub when I turned.
