I got around to getting the composite intake to try the swap but discovered while I was taking out the bolts that they are larger than the bolt holes on the composite. I've read quite a few posts where people have done this swap. I dont want to re tap any holes. Please help anyone else who has done this before

Re-tapping the holes won't help you it the bolts don't fit through the intake. Re-tapping is for if you make a hole bigger, it won't make them smaller.

If I understand your issue correctly you would need to drill out the intake to allow the larger bolts through.
