OK so i scored an old rancho kit with extended radius arms, 3 inch? lift coils and all the brackets and was going to put it on the b2 when i swapped in the d35. WHY should i not use this kit? mind you this kit is brand new and has never been on a vehicle.

It's an old kit, with old drop brackets? The bracket for the pass side beam can pop a hole in the diff. But since you're asking that, it seems that you already know that. I'm not sure what you're asking...

ok, my question is WHY do the instructions on THIS site that are the original rancho instructions saying NOT to use the lift on a b2. sunk i am not 100% shure you are right on the punching a hole part but correct me if i am wrong. i have FULL intentions on making the lift brackets MUCH more durable and the same for the radius arms. i got a BRAND new kit for cheap so i dont mind putting a little bit of time into making it much more durable thanks to the pictures and drawings others have made of there failures with this kit.

search function to the rescue! its time to start making these brackets durable!

Probablly the only reason they say not to put on a bronco is for legal reasons, they were known to tip over like the suzuki samuri thing in the 80s

The kit is crap. every bracket on it is weak. I used to have one before I went with a JD lift.... I had to beef up every single bracket because of cracks, even the rad. arms. One of the drop brackets cracked before I even took it off-road.
