Died after warming up, no spark. First started throwing codes for a maf sensor, so I replaced it. Still nothing, checked spark and fuel, no spark. Replaced the other coil pack as this problem has been persistent. Had icm checked, tested with flying colors. New fuel pump, all new relays, new plugs and wires, any ideas???

Search testing crankshaft position sensor. There is a module as well. You will find a link that has a good write-up on testing them. Probably your problem. Good luck I had the same scenario on a 96 - a little different but the same hair pulling until found problem. Crankshaft position sensor.
