I thing it is a mud toy for the local bogs. There are alot of them in town maybe I will try to et. Few pictures of others and post them up.

yeah looks to be a chevy frame.
i like the bars over the side glasses. if i'm to do a dedicated trail rig b2, it'll have something like that.
