The linkage that connects the outside door handle to the latch fell out. The small plastic clip the holds it on broke. I replaced the plastic piece but my book does not show how to re-install it.:icon_confused:

Are you talking about the rod at the door handle end, or at the door latch end?
If youre referring to the end at the latch with the yellow/white clasp that holds the rod, then just take the ribbed end of the rod, and pull the slack out of it, and stick it in the groove of the clip, then fold the clasp closed. Then pull the outside handle open to make sure there isn't too much slack in the rod. If there's too much slack, open the clasp, and move the rod up or down.
