im using the stock ps pump from my 89 2wd auto 2.9 xlt. i think its called a 3 bolt "saginaw style" or something like that. i got a bracket kit (alternator and ps pump) kit off of ebay for a foxbody mustang, and OH MAN what nice stuff. beautiful billet aluminum, and everything fits like a glove. all for $40 brand new!

if you could post a pic of your pump, i could tell you for sure if its the right one...

What year of 5.0? A '78 5.0 PSP is probably different than an '01 5.0 PSP...

I'm using the stock pump from the 85 GT donor. I did have to use a tubing bender to get the pressure line out of the way of the pump. I just cut the return line and used the rubber hose to make the turn.. working good so far.

I'm using my OEM power steering pump off my 87 2.9L. The engine I have is a 1991 302 out of a Thunderbird. I got a bracket off of a 1987 302 F150 and it works great. No issues.

I used the pump from my 98 2.5 when the 351 went in. the factory brackets from the 85 f150 donor would have worked, but not the look I wanted. Working with a guy on making billet reservoirs to replace the plastic one, should look really nice when he gets them done.
