I replaced every part of my cooling system last week and took it for a test drive, everything was fine until i got on it and it Hit 4,000 rpms.at that rpm and higher i now have a vibration coming from the engine. Any ideas what it could be? Im thinking maybe new fan clutch?

Fan or fan clutch would be my guess

See if it has a wobble

Ok so i checked the new fan clutch and fan while at idle and it does seem to have wobble in it. I could be wrong but since it is new im Going to replace that first and see if that fixes it. Anything else i should look at?

Start cold engine, run it for 1 minute, shut it off
That will unlock the clutch

Now check for wobble, engine off

so its 4,000rpms not a certain SPEED at 4,000rpm?

So vibration occurs in 2nd gear as well as 3rd gear at 4,000rpm, speed doesn't matter?
