I have a m5od with a bw1350. I bought a shifter from someone on here that was for a bw1354, a straight bar rather that a bent bar. I traded that one for one that was supposed to be for a bw1350. it bolts up, but the bar is about 1/2" too short. In 4hi, it lines up, but as soon as you push it forward for 2hi, it pops off of the linkage on the t-case.
Also, if I get it lined up and pull it all the way back, 4low position, the shifter sits just a lil back from neutral, not in the 4low spot.
Does anyone know what this shifter could be off of?
Thanks
Nick

Be aware that the short arm that's on the t-case also comes in different lengths.

It's possible a longer one will fix your problem.

The thing is that there are over a dozen different shifter setups for the 13-50

1354 long bars are straight. what's bent is the short arm that bolts to the shift bolt on the trans. 1350's i've seen have a bent long bar, and a straight short bar that bolts to the shift bolt.

that's about all i can give ya. allan knows his sh!t. lol.
