Has anyone ever seen a rbv (ranger based vehicle) do front digs? I'd live to see a write up on this

you would have to twin stick the tcase, which is not possible on the stock tcases that come in rbvs. but if someone did a swap, it would be possible.

Swap and NP205 in and you could be able to or some other transfercase that has seperate shift rails. but the 1350/1354 dont work like that.... and to be honest a D28s u joints are going to scream in pain if you did a dig with it because it would need a locker to "dig" properly.

You disengage rear drive and use front drive to pull the front around a turn:icon_thumby:

Used to do it ALL the time. I use front wheel drive 90% of the time. Mine turns WAY better, and will go some crazy places in front wheel only.

But now that i have four wheel steer, I dont do front digs that often. Only when the trail is really tight.
