Symtom: When I press the brakes the B2 struggles to stay running. If i pump the brakes, it dies.

Actions taken so far:
-Raised idle to 850rpm
-Replaced brake booster
-replaced master cylinder
-sprayed around a few vacuum lines with carb cleaner and then tried starting fluid-niether had any results in finding leaks, could not find other vacuum lines I need a diagram..
-Plugged a vacuum tester into the brake booster hose, bounced rapidly between 18 and 25 inches of pressure.

This B2 sat in the weather for 11 years. My cousin and I decided we needed a hunting rig that could be beat up a little so I grabbed the keys, slid them into the ignition and cranked it over (The batter sat on a charger for 11 years also). Its started up after 10 seconds of cranking ran for a few minutes then died. I agjusted the float and it stoped dying!

Has anyone had a problem like this?
What did you do to fix it?
Anyone have an idea of what commonly causes this?

Other things that I have done that I dont think are related to my problem are:
-New fuel filter
-Newfuel pump
-No smog pump at the moment
-New starter
-New pilot bearing- quieted the problem but noise still audible- thow out bearing?
-New PVC valve
-New Belts
-Cleaned the jets on the carburetor
-Radiator Flush
-Oil Change
-New oil Filter
-Removed rust from roof and fire wall
-Sealed fire wall and roof
-Painted roof
-Re-wired Stereo
-Re-wried CB radio
-Pre-wired roof light bar
-Pre-wired rear mounted amp and speakers
-Pre-wired fog lights and spot light on bumper
-Bench seat in front, non-split (good for road hunting-the usual number of hunters on our trips are three)
-New spark plugs
-New spark wires

Upcomming plans:
-Dura-Spark conversion
-90-94 explorer axles 3.73 gr (This will make it posi and give me more widthe)
-3-4 inch lift (keep in short in the mountains)
-Cut out fender wells and slap some ranger fender flares on or jeep ones
-5 light roof bar (4 foreward, 1 rearward)
-Grill guard on tube bumper w/ 2 spot lights and 2 fog lights
-Rear/front mountable winch (hooks into tow hitch will have mounts front and back)
-Rear tube bumper
-Gloss Black paint, Gloss Camo along the bottom up to the first body line
-Slapping the widest and tallest tires that i can fit with some tiny rims

What else should I do?
